Hi all,
I recently swapped my R850GS for a XT660Z Tenere and was hoping my brilliant 'Ardcases' panniers would be an easy fit to the new bike, but sadly the LHS pannier has an exhaust cutout, so does not fit.
Therefore, I'm looking for either symmetrical aluminium panniers along the same lines as my Ardcases to fit 18mm frames, or rugged soft luggage in the vein of Magadan MK2's, Kriega OS-30's, Enduristan Monsoon etc etc. Let me know what you've got!
I'll also be looking to sell the Ardcases eventually, which are 36/32 combo (I think) suitable to fit BMW R850/1100/1150 GS's. I'll post pics of them if requested!
Why don't you get your existing one amended to fit. I bought some Verns boxes, similar to yours, but didn't fit my Remus exhaust. Someone I know moved the cut out and rewelded them. You wouldn't be able to tell!
