Ok so lot thinking and wondering im going back to my original desire a 690 enduro
Sold 950 and drz to go 1 bike and go light
If anyone has one let me know, ideal be 2012 up
If had few extras lik sump guard, rad braces, wings or akrapovic can and seat be great. Scott damper be nice but nit necessary
Idealy be low miles with full service history and ktm docs
Even better be if its free

Not everyone dislikes them Mike.
That's not to say I'll keep mine for ever, just that, so far, it does everything I hoped for.

I like playing in the garage so maintenance doesnt bother me

Buying KTM s most unreliable bike made will def keep you happy in the garage, also the trail side when it breaks down! Not so happy??

I'm sorry but don't believe the scare stories. I had a 690 for 3 years until someone kindly stole it. 4000 miles of trails and commuting.
One of the best bikes I've owned. Totally reliable.
Great trail bikes.
IMHO

I do know it is an enduro and as such needs love
And they do fail sure so whats life without bit fun
My 950 waa faultless and people called them unreliable
Still fancy a 690 could regret it but what the hell

At it again Mike....
We get it, you don't like the 690..
There are plenty of people who ride them and don't have an issue.
There's also plenty high mileage bikes around.
Just ask Noah Horak or Lyndon Poskitt.
It's a High performance package, therefore needs maintenance to suit, you don't buy a porsche and then then use budget tyres or cheapo fuel...

You won't regret getting one.
It's a great bike, always brings a grin whenever you ride it!
