Hi All
Just putting my Husaberg FE390 up for sale. I'm the second owner and I bought if off my friend who had it from new. He's a mature trail rider and it's only been used for green lanes. I bought it in Jan and I've only used it a few times. I'm selling because I'm going back to a larger capacity adventure bike.
Here is the spec;
2012 on a 62 plate.
6500 miles.
250 hours.
Oil changed every 15-20 hours of riding.
Alloy sump guard.
Lowered suspension.
Forks re valved by Dr Shox.
Will have new front sprocket and front and rear pads fitted.
I would say the chain is 1/2 worn.
Front and rear tyres half worn.
Heavy duty tubes front and rear.
MOT until Jan 2018.
It's a lovely trail bike with basically the same engine as a 400EXC. The bike is great to ride and has been very reliable. It does of course have trail marks but everything works as it should.
I will do a fresh oil change before selling.
Comes with tool kit manuals and all the receipts.
More pics to follow. Bike is stored with a friend so I can't get to it today.
£3300 ono
Thanks for looking.

Re: 2012 Husaberg FE390 for sale.
It's not at all the same engine as the 400 exc. The Husaberg is the 70 degree engine which is actually far superior to the ktm 400 exc from 08-11. There was no 400 exc in 2012.

Ok fair point. But it's the same piston and barrel I believe. And yes it's a better engineMike54 wrote:It's not at all the same engine as the 400 exc. The Husaberg is the 70 degree engine which is actually far superior to the ktm 400 exc from 08-11. There was no 400 exc in 2012.

Great bikes ..... the power, the gearing, the fuelling, the addictive induction roar and of course the ability to go through very deep water. Had mine 3 years and loved it.

As a trail bike it's hard to beat. My mate who had this from new regrets selling it and getting a 350exc. Don't get me wrong the 350 is a great bike but on the trails the 390 is like a mountain goat I'm tempted to keep it as it's a future classic but I don't have the room.
