I might add that as they are a current bike in the US and, as they are popular there, there are plenty of farkles available--and as a plug I can make a full carbon/kevlar bashplate.

and noting the above comment it was largely just 2008 models that suffered a fuel pump problem--interestingly the same pump as a KTM---I've replaced mine with a 25 quid aftermarket one and its been fine--and at that price I can carry a spare on a long trip anyway--less of the negative waves please!!

i think the guy imports them he has batches of them from time to time

bit pricy i think ..but they are fairly rare ..

I like my x especially now i have offroad wheels

overpriced though !! i paid 1700 pounds for the x and wheels cost me 550 pounds on top

where did you find the wheels . I am after a larger fuel tank as well

IMS (US company) sell 3 gal and 4.5 and will import to the UK--overall price is competitive. The WR250X has the SM wheels , but also a bigger front disc .

Gabriel at Zen Overland will sort you out with an IMS tank.

yep seen them and the price, works out 30% of the bike value !! so in search of second hand .
