2002 644 ?
I though they didn't introduce the 644 Suzuki engine until 2004 ? prior to that wasn't it a Rotax 604 lump ?

It's definitely a Suzuki engine 644 and It has an 02 plate

Definitely had the 644 Suzuki engine in 2002, the headlamp shape/surround changed in 2004.

Yes,CCM were struggling to get the Rotax by 2001.
