If it was a 185 or 250 I would be on the ferry...Looks like a lovely bike though so I am sure a 2T fan will snap it up... B)

in 1977 they were £289 new seem to been a good investment. shame I never kept one ..

Yep, used to own a TS185 myself-great wee bikes. In hindsight etc etc.

TS185.....I bought one new in 1976 from Queens Park motors in Salford. I seem to remember it was one of a batch that was either shipped in from California or were destined for California, but were brought to the UK as they didn't meet new Californian emission regs. They weren't normally imported into the UK at that time, they had a high level exhaust and were differently styled than the TS185 that was brought here a few years later.

One of those (in slightly worse condition) was my first bike when I started riding at about eleven or twelve. Think mine was a a 72(?) so would only have been four or five years old when I had it but it was pretty wrecked - a proper 'field bike'. I remember getting a few burns from the exhaust as, among other things, the heat shield was missing
