Having a clear out & the following are the first to go:-
Scorpion Carbon exhausts for XL1000V Varadero - £120 plus P&P (no idea how much, but I'd guess at around £15)
I've had these on my '02 Vara and the sound is awesome, with or without the baffles in.
They're not in perfect condition, but they are solid. All parts required for fitting included
Laser HotCam exhaust for BMW F800S - £195 plus P&P
I'm selling this for a neighbour whose moved onto a Honda machine and now doesn't need this. What you see in the picture is what there is. The can is in very good condition - he had it on the bike for only approx 8k miles.

And this is what I did with the F800 Laser HotCam exhaust . . . .
And with a little bit of bending, I formed this nice sump / skid plate from an old traffic sign . . . .
Amazing what you get up to when you stick knobblies on a bike, innit?
Note to self - need to re-fit the home made radiator guard before I do any stony tracks.

Hi Steve, noticed the radiator of the Ickle Beemer does get full of mud offroad! Must be a lot of spray hits it!
Lookin good though, be an excellent winter hack, the Ickle Beemer was a great bike for me last yr.

Hi Jim.
Did you hear me go past your place 20 minutes ago?
Or you may have heard me as I left Lossie! The Mountie reckons it's a giggle a minute with the can and knobblies on. I have to agree with him. Just got to get used to the smell of burning peat as I travel the tracks around Brown Muir - one day it may just catch light on the exhaust
