Almost right except Worcester Phil borrowed French Phil's 650 for a few days and did impossible things on it himself!

just get a grey import. they are cheap as chips over the pond and there are plenty of companies importing bikes to europe. just don't buy a brand new one, otherwise you'll have VAT hike.
