Need to get some luggage for my 690 to be able to do longer trips. Looking at soft luggage that
fits to a frame. Anybody got experience with this. Looks very similar to Mosko Moto. What is Givi
stuff generally like?
At over €600 for Mosko Moto it's a fair chunk of money. Was even considering Kriega until I realised
all the parts are individually priced. rather than as a set.

Re: luggage
I have the Kriega OS-base setup and the 18l panniers on my CRF 250 Rally. Seem to fit well and usual Kriega quality, though not cheap. Will test them in anger in Sept on the French TET. I'd share a pic of if I could work out how....

Re: luggage
Looks like a good set, no obvious faults. I have a set of OS-32's and use 5/10 ltr bags attached as required. Yes expensive but the customer service is second to none. Spoke to Dom at Kriega at the festival regarding a tight fit for the attachment bags. He sent me a new set!! I have used and abused these bags for 3 years in sand, mud and rain. No quibble warranty. For me worth the extra.

Re: luggage
I have the Kriega OS Adventure system mounted on DirtRacks pannier frames:
The Kriega bags hold their shape, even when empty. I have seen the Givi system which is similar to Kriega, however, it relies on a big plastic panel which is built into each bag to connect to the pannier frame, making it quite bulky, in my opinion. The only advantage is that it locks to the prame.
It may have been a costly system but you get what you pay for. I knew someone who went the cheap route with the Lomo panniers and he regretted it as soon as he fitted them, loaded, to the bike: it was obvious that they weren't up to the job as he was using Rok Straps to hold it all together. I love Lomo for their dry bags, by the way.
