Tent repairs.....

Post by exrm193 »

I'm want to get a tent repaired. A bit of stitching required to repair a rip.

Any recommendations??

Thanks

Anyone into stitching like a curtain/tailoring/dressmaker place will be well able to do it.

Even better is a sailmaker, well used to working with similar fabrics. Both will be able to do it wrinkle free too.

I had a tent repaired at a dressmakers, charged me €8 for an excellent repair and she put reinforcement in a few other places too. All I had to do was apply the waterproof tape after it.
