Exped take some beating.
Not self inflating but easy enough to inflate.
I've got a downmat 5 lw.
Great bit of kit.

I have a exped synmat 7cm for motorcycle camping and a exped comfort 10cm for car camping. I'm same weight as you but about 20 years older and the old expeds are still keeping me camping, recommended.

Get an exped synmat with separate pump bag. I've used it in summer and winter always comfy
I went to the Caribbean on holiday with my wife last year.

Jamaica?

No, she wanted to.

Came to conclusion self inflating doesn't really self inflate......
Went back to the airbed this year and very happy with it.

Tried the Exped and the noise drove me mad plus it didnt work for me so bought one of these http://www.gooutdoors.co.uk/coleman-dur ... ed-p366876 and its the best one yet. Much thicker and wider but packs small enough but does need a air pump so I use the sidewinder

Another one for exped. We spent 10 nights camping a few weeks ago and I slept like a baby. Im 16 ish stone and find it so comfortable. I put a cheap fleece over mine and use my sleep bag as a duvet.

Thermarest Mondoking XL. Designed for the "fuller figured" Gentleman! Only issue is they are big old beasts even rolled up, but for several nights camping the actually give you a good nights sleep and are warm on cold ground.
