You dont need a tent just a sleeping bag and ask to try folks tents out for the night...lol

New craze tent hopping rather than bed hopping...ohh err

The self inflating mat is 2.5cm thick......Lidl one was 5cm.

Hi Steve, it is the the very same one! Well spotted. Any fool can be uncomfortable, bikes have a spare seat purposely made to accommodate a big tent, so why not use it I say ;)

I'm thinking about doing the HISS again in Sept it was such a laugh.

Guys, the HISS event sounds great, just had a read on it. Would it be ok for a novice on a Street Triple and I just stay on the tarmac road ? Or is it all off-road routes? I'm in Pont-De-Vaux France at the beginning of September. It would take me 11hrs to ride down and meet up there, so I might have a look into it (thumbs)
