Looking for a leak proof drinks bottle.

I've been using one of these because it's metal, and it's got a fold out spout so quick and easy to take a swig when I stop, only trouble is, if it's not kept upright in my pannier it tends to leak. Apart from going to a flask/solid one piece screw on cap, is there another option??

I just use the plastic water bottles with the pull up spout for bicycles. I have a few of them knocking about and they get used on my push bikes and also in the tail pack of my motorcycle.... they dont ever leak.
Can be bought for 50p or a £1 each from Halfords.

Seriously, some people on here don't know how to get rid of their money. I've been using an aluminium bottle from Poundland for about 5 years now!

people do what they will with their money, ive done the same in the past but over the last few years ive tried to reign in my "need" for "stuff".a lot of stuff hardly gets used and its more to worry about breaking or losing.

I've got some Sigg aluminium bottles that i've owned and used for 20 years, and they're still in great condition. At the time, I thought they were ridiculously expensive, but they have proved invaluable. Super-light, very strong, and you can buy replacement seals if you need them (some of mine are still using their original seals).
