I don't see the problem with fitting it into one of the side-panniers. All you need is an angle-grinder, chainsaw and jaws-of-life

That Monarch chair might be a beautiful piece of design, but having just checked it turns out that they don't ship to anywhere except USA and Canada

I have one of those uber small tripod seats and it's a pain to sit on and get off, although the latter is a great thigh work out; instead I'll stick to the cheap Argos/ fishing shop style folding chair [pictured foreground], they might be a bit bigger but I prefer the comfort.

On your photo it shows how you also can use alu panniers for sitting.
Find a tree and you have back rest.

This is one of many advantages of having Zega Pro panniers.

I have to agree about the Aloy panniers being advantageous, in the mid background Paul is cooking a whole Turkey in his pannier.

Yep, big boxy panniers can be used windshields, table and seats, but I've yet to figure out a compact lightweight backrest to go with them if you haven't got a convenient tree...
Any suggestions?

A bit different but have you seen these before?
I went to the Caribbean on holiday with my wife last year.

Jamaica?

No, she wanted to.

yes, i dont like sitting on the floor though.

could you use an alloy pannier as an oven without it warping too much?

I use 2 of these www.caravangroup.co.uk/product_desc.php?id=4477
(well the wife has one) they pack up to around 14 inches by 3 inches and weigh in at arund 6 ounces ( if anyone is interested I can give you the correct sizes and weights).
They dismantle for travel and assemble for use,1 comment on these though is that they require a little fettling to enable them to assemble slickly.

Regards

Mike

Sorry to repeat this but I had my no grammar fingers on lol
