I've not got one but these look good, a classic tripod stool but with a back-rest

I have got one of these:

It is not the most compact when folded up but it does appear to be very sturdy and was a little bit of comfort on a two week tour of Norway, staying in a tent.

Some may ask why the hole lot only weigh less than 2 kg and very very small pack size.Going camping in Valencia in 3 weeks using all own kit for camping from setting off,And me the wife will be comfy so why not.:) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)
Where did you buy the Alite chairs from?

Cheers.

Cheers for that, have seen those, but are to big folded up at 70cm long. The one I'm after above folds a lot shorter hence the piccy above compared to the A4 sheet of paper.

Mate
I saw a Tri pod chair yesterday when I was getting a 2nd Exped Mat from here, http://actionoutdoors.co.uk/index.html made by Coleman
http://www.coleman.eu/UK/p-23311-exponent-stool.aspx
I was surprised how small it went packed away, I did sit on it but it was not
comfey for me, personalty, but my GF thought it was, so would suggest you try
before you buy.
Me I think Im just going to carry on sitting on the ground or on a pannier.

No problem getting out, just roll sideways, then get up off the floor as normal after a few beers...:)

There are lots of higher chairs, but they dont fold as small as Sunncamp items....
