I use the exped pillow. self inflating you just need to put your hand over the intake and "pump"

I only fill the airbed to 60% (ish) and that will take a dozen or so pumps

That's what I've got, but I don't have a big enough nozzle for the bed. My mate had one and it fitted perfect, but he's friggin lost it!
the ray gun with no nozzle fits on my airbeds big hole, and the little one fits in the little top up hole

FORGET IT !!!!!

Just finnished chargeing the pump and fitted it to my exped and all it blows up is the area with the hands on !!! Gutted thought i'd sussed it but there must be some sort of valve thingy going on in the exped pump system !!!

All sorted!! Have just made my own adaptor to fit! Used a Hozelock connector and did a careful bodge. Bed goes up and down in 45 secs! :-)

What am i doing wrong then Harty ???? when i fitted the pump to the IN aand turned on , all that blew up was the hand printed bit :(
