Correct!

The Helinox chair has a weight rating of 145kg
The Hong Kong chair has a rating of 100kg

With that sort of difference I don't think they are the same chair.
The weight claims are only in Print without any serious test specs.
The cheapies have been tested to 150kgms. seee #262618 post.
As there weren't any OG spares kicking about from the group buy, I ordered up one of these cheapies. It arrived today from Germany and I really can't believe it is any different to the OG product.
I'm circa 100kg and it felt both comfy and sturdy, IMHO these have come out of the same factory (would be glad to do a comparison with a branded one).

I am so pleased I am going to order another B)

I'm sure Gavin won't mind me butting in.

That's the one you're after.

I'm with you ordered one of the eBay chairs a while ago and other than the logo very similar :)

I even went and compared it to a helinox in the shop. You would be hard pushed to tell the difference.

Very happy with mine only thing I couldn't work out is ordered from China but arrived from Germany? Not that I'm complaining as it only took 7 days to arrive :)

If a group buy ever happens again, I'd be interested.
