new tousers recommendations/advice please

hello there needing some new trousers anybody able to suggest a pair, the requirements are roughly in order of importance quite likely will not be able to achieve them all but lets see.

• leg length must be avaiable in short length

• fit properly outside MX type boots
  • 3 season UK
  • reasonably tough/abrasion resistant
  • at minimum knee armour
  • water resistant
  • plenty of pockets
  • not too baggy dont want to use knee braces etc
  willing to pay mid price maybe a bit more for the perfect spec, willing to carry seperate waterproof layer.
