Thanks for ideas.
I quite like the rukka overpass pants. 100 quid off t j&s . No mention of a winter lining so maybe these are just lightweight pants? Any ideas?

Re: Trousers with leg pockets like cargo pants recommendation?
I have 2 pairs of rukka trousers a pair from each end of their price spectrum, one pair being laminate gortex, the other a old style conventional internal liner this second pair is my go to pair, much lower price but lacking in pockets, I find the laminate design a little warm and unnecessary but it does have a place on a long full rain day, even more so continuous days of similar conditions. Just my thoughts on The laminate design really, its expensive gear you wanna try and get it right, I like the rukka gear, sure others dont, I have no experience of the model in your link.

I Have a pair of RST Rallye trousers i love, they're waterproof, have cargo pockets and liners! riding round the cotswolds all day in the pouring rain and i had a wet ankle.. thats all.. a win for the £90 i paid for them IMHO!
