Excellent customer service from Gerbings

In these days when warranties hardly seem worth the paper they are written on I thought the service I received from Gerbings was worth a mention. One of the wires that goes to the connectors for my heated gloves had snapped. I returned them on Tuesday, got an e mail yesterday saying that they would replace the controller under warranty but it might take ten days. A new one arrived this afternoon.
The gloves are over a year old, but they did not quibble and did not question my using their product for commuting through the winter.
The gloves are also excellent and have made a real difference to my winter riding. Highly recommended.
