Ditto! Though in my case, it's a vest, so fits over whatever jacket I fancy. Wish you could get the Hit-Air range here again, the quality is excellent and I would buy the touring jacket tomorrow if it was available...Nicoli wrote:I have one. End of the day I had the money spare and figured if there is any chance it helps me in a bad off then it's not a bad thing.

Mine is a vest too, one of the yellow hi viz Helite ones.SteveR wrote:Ditto! Though in my case, it's a vest, so fits over whatever jacket I fancy. My partner has had one for a long time for when she is on her horse and I just kept looking at it and thinking it was worth a punt. I barely notice I've got it on over my jacket, and clipping/unclipping it from the bike has become as second nature as using a seatbelt in a car now.

Re: Air bag jackets
If you wear one of these jackets/vests, do you also wear a back protector (either fitted in your regular bike jacket or worn separately?) I am thinking that if so, things start to get very bulky.
