I'm on the hunt for a simple glove suitable for use out on the road. I've got a big winter pair and a thin leather pair (although they have all the sports bike / power ranger armour on them) and both have long cuffs gauntlet style that make then a pain to put inside my jacket.
What I'd like is a motorcross style glove but with a leather / synthetic leather palm and a short cuff, and the minimum of extra armour/vents/carbon bits! I found a KLIM adventure glove but it came with a warning that it provided minimal protection on the road.
Can anyone suggest something suitable?
Many thanks

Re: Gloves
Try sealskinz's lightweight glove,http://www.sealskinz.com/UK/motorcyclin ... -grey.html I managed to get a pair for £30 in a sports pursuit sale, super comfy and fit under my traverse perfectly with a short cuff.
Finally back on a GS
Re: Gloves
I use the halvarssons safety glove there like a in-between summer and winter glove,
http://www.motolegends.com/gloves/Halva ... tAodWF8Ahw
look like a no frills plain old leather glove
With the added bonus of having great safety built in (thumbs)

Richard sub zero.
This is exactly what you want. I use a pair every day and they are great. Totally waterproof and very warm.

Re: Gloves
This is my next pair....
http://www.ghostbikes.com/products/Off- ... loves.html
A decent light, short cuffed glove with good armour, but enough flexibility to feel the bike and take her off-road when curiosity gets the better of me or I'm looking to camp for the night.
As for the winter considerations...I have heated grips and hand-guards. (thumbs)
Happy shopping mate!
oh...and did I mention the price?
