Cheaper Kriega Version-

Post by Cone »

Hi fellas

I just bought a OS Base Pannier System.

Just after I found this link which would have been a cert to try for before lobbing all that money on Kriega as I could have just bought the base and strapped these to it.

If I hadn’t just spent 230 quid on an os system I’d be trying this for 44 quid for two Kriega type bags

That looks good 👍.... I've had kreiga luggage before but sold it as found it a pain strapping it all up, prefer top box nowadays 👍👍👍

I wonder what the quality is like at that price? I’ve got a couple of US5’s and a set over Overlanders. The Overlanders are perfect on the 690. Easy to put on and take off and 30 litres is more than enough space for me.

I brought one about 6 months ago to use for carrying tools cost about £20 then, does look like a Kreiga, hooks look ok, but fabric is no where near the same. It’s still under the bench and not used. I’ve got a fair bit of kreiga really like the gear.

The ugly bro will probably find itself in bobonelegs auction come October 😀
