I use several myself and prefer them to full helmets,if you do want one look out on the forums for nearly new on offer by other members as they can be a good saving to be had for a much better helmet than you may get in the shop for the same money.

I have a shark evoline 3 which is great. A friend of mine on the UKGSER forum is selling his very good condition Evo one in size L for around £100 at the moment if that's any use. Be good to try one out at a lower cost to see if they are for you. People mention the weight penalty but I don't feel that.

Just bought my 3rd Caberg Duke, fit and comfort are excellent. Personally I would not consider any other make.

Well known "auction" sites sell them within your budget.
