Aluminium pannier identification

Post by cozi70 »

Anybody any idea who the manufacturer of these boxes and mounts are. I can't see any manufacturer name on them. They were removed from a 2006 Suzuki DL 1000 vstrom.
Steel mounting frames with alloy mounting plates.
They latch and lock inside the alloy hoop.
Look well made but probably surplus to my requirements?

I thought Bumot at first but I think either home made or a cheaper copy , rivets, cheap clasp and no branding. Pretty good though.
The secret of a long life is knowing when its time to go.

Don't tell me that...the clasps look the same as my Stahlkoffer ones!
