R1150gs

Post by Benhur »

Second question in 5 minutes :)

The R1150gs I have just purchased came with a BMW oem pannier - while original, its stupidly small so I was thinking of changing it to something larger....besides the GIVI range, what should I be looking at? be patient please as I have been back into adventure bikes for exactly 48 hours at this point??

The Global lids for the OEM panniers add 6 litres a side, which makes the left hand one useful.

Get yourself some Vern's World Beaters.

They come up for sale on UKGSer every so often.

Take yer exhaust off and fit a bent piece of pipe to deflect the ex gasses downward then buy a left hand normal RT type pannier.
