Sudacreme is very good, use it myself! however I have just bought a pair of cycling shorts with the pad sewn in, and an airhawk cushion, now I can ride for miles with no issues or damp patches!!!! (thumbs)

Back in 2011 I did a 32 hour ride. Gel implant in seat,cycling shorts with padding and loads of Vasaline (whichI carry in my tool kit anyway) smeared all over my bits! Perfect result other than when I stopped for a piss it kept slipping out my hand :woohoo: :woohoo:

Al, Al, Al. As I said at the HISS, prevention is better than any cream cures!
An Airhawk wins out every time....B) I did a 10hr day on my trailie coming up from South of France last weekend, butt was just fine. Never was 70 quid better spent and that was in 2007!
