Having toured Norway it's a sentiment I would fully agree with.

In the company of such esteemed pannier recommendations I feel a bit foolish but I've used bog standard Oxford Sport panniers for years without any problems other than a bit of leakyness. Cheap and with a nod to aerodynamics (in stead of like a couple of big linen chests strapped to the side), which is nice.
