Honda C100 (early C50) bought for £5 and raced around the field for 3 years before replacing with an off road BSA Bantam D7 which was replaced by a CZ400 motocrosser which was scarily quick but didn't handle which was replace by a Yamaha YZ490 which was even quicker but handles a whole lot better.

For some reason I decided a KTM 450 EXC would be the ideal bike to start green laning on, fell off about 20 yards into the first lane

I used to have one of them, a yellow one. I used to catch people out asking them to find the kickstarter :)

It had a short rough life though. I once remember bump starting it with me at the side pushing it, it started and took off with out me into one of the cow shed walls. If i remember it was only a 6v or 9v battery on it.

Not long after someone nicked it and it was found burnt out in a river, shame really cause it had loads of what people would call character now.

Can't find any photo's of mine.

Before the CZ i had a Honda SS50 then to a FS1E :)
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaim: "Wow, what a ride".
