Very nice indeed, you'll enjoy the torque. get yourself over to UKGSER, look for the posts from GSJohn, he programmes ECU chips which increase torque, HP and MPG, and they work :)

More power and pillion friendly, the 650/660 class just too light and small for two up
Tend to not doing technical riding, keep it safer
And, a change is as good as a holiday :D

I had a versys 650 before I traded up for a ktm 990 adv and I rode that 2 up with luggage around the uk including a trip to Ireland and I didn't once think it was lacking power even had a few red light races with some big cars and bikes and we are both on the heavy side and the comfort was incredible on long trips to the likes of Luxembourg and Germany and around europe it just blasted through the miles effortlessly maybe it was just the bike and seating position etc.i loved my little v but would I trade it in for the 990 no I wouldn't just for the fun factor nothing else the v was comfier over longer distances and it was a better all round bike.but for sheer fun and pleasure the 990 is so much better

Hi Dual , are you allowed to play out yet ? Nice BM for the big country 8-)

Daughter was lucky enough to have moved out of Cape Town and into Wellington so a tad calmer.

Not really, but I see a lot of bikers going out
We are at level 3 of lockdown
I personally think the way our government is treating us citizens is a farce
No legal cigarettes, so the illegal trade is roaring
Booze Monday to Thursday from 09:00 till 17:00
We are not allowed to visit family, no sports, jogging and cycling between 06:00 and 18:00
Shopping malls open, masks a must if you're outside your house
The informal people don't adhere to any rules and life is as normal for them
I think I'm going for a ride this weekend

How on earth do you cover 55k kms on a bike and keep it looking like that? Very impressive.

You can eat your breakfast off the cylinder heads just before setting off on a ride...
