Adventure bike options?

Gone and bought a well sorted yamaha xt660z tenere, travels are booked, France, Scotland, and planning to do the full UK tet.
So far this bike has been amazing, easy to ride, very comfortable, cruises at UK speeds well, copes very well offroad and it's turning out to be a very good all rounder for everything I intend to do.

Thanks, it took me months to decide whilst I was saving up which bike I was going to get, been through all the mid weight adventure bike and came back to the tennere. Its amazing.

Currently my budget is £1700 + my vfr rough Value of £1500,so £3200,i can dip into my savings and stretch to£4700,then modify at will afterwards.

The WK400 perhaps?

My CB500X does everything my GP450 did, albeit slower and with less 'set your pants on fire' feeling.
It's not as agile off-road on the gnarly stuff and doesn't set off like a scalded cat on-road but ( for me at this time in my life) it's a better fit.

Worth considering?

Any updates on how the bike is going

It's going great thanks, I had a few trips planned for the next two months, changed the tires from the motz rallyz tractionator to mitas e07 +. I was going to be doing a few road miles and the rallyz rumbled and not much grip on wet cold dirty tarmac, great offroad though. Added a tool tube, new chain and sprockets, and removed some weight off it.
