well ive only gone and done it now! popped into a dealer today on my ride out and have wanted a Tenere for ages. well this shiny 09 plate blue one is sat there looking at me with accessories galore! im picking her up on the 30th!! very excited and cant wait to go away on her!

Ah yes , happy new bike day to you , tell her the other one is knackered and will start costing loads of money , so this was a better bet so saving money in the long run

You need what is known as a feedback sandwich.

Tell her something nice, tell her the (to her) nasty bit about buying the bike and then tell her something else nice.

E.g - 1/your hair looks lovely, where did you get it done?

2/By the way, I'm buying a new bike, pick it up next week.

3/Thinking of taking you away on a cruise, do you fancy the med or the caribbean?

It will only cost you £3k and should get you out of trouble.

shes on her way home! if you dont hear from me again it means i didnt get the Tenere and ended up buried in the garden. and for all you looters there will be a Transalp going free in the drive!
