Have you spoken to trading standards? they will guide you through the process, also Honestjohn website has a lot of info. If I recall correctly any replacement part carries a statutory 12 month warranty, i.e. if they replaced the engine a week before the warranty expired then it blue up 2 weeks later its still covered.
Then:

I have contacted honda customer services with a view to rejecting the bike or a replacement be made available. Under section 24 of the consumer rights act 2015 I have the right to reject a bike that has already been repaired once as the company on the 2nd time would be in breach of contract.
As this is the second time that this fault has occurred on a completely new fuel system I am rejecting the bike. It's a bit like lemon law in the states.

I hope honda do the right thing a offer a replacement otherwise I will get a full/partial refund on what I have paid out.
The bike is a Honda finance PCP bike and my stake in it is about 4.5k, but there is a years use on it.

So hopefully I will find out what is happening in the next 10 days.
Oh, Edmund, can it be true, that I hold here in my mortal hand a nugget of purest green?

I had an interesting experience some years back with a car. It was the only time I ever used a lease but I think PCP works similarly.

After a litany of woes I eventually decided to read the small print. My contract was to maintain the vehicle exactly in accordance with the manufacturers service schedules....as it was full main dealer by the book this was met. But the constant trouble entitled me to reject the car as unfit for purpose. I told the lease company I intended doing this and my reasons. That are not permitted to blacklist you under this heading. After 6 months they put an offer on the table for a different car and which was acceptable to me.

The fact that the particular car had such troubles apparently was quite rare 'we only have 3 like this in the whole of Europe'. It was eventually worked out one morning as three of us, in the same profession, working on the same street in a city of 186,000 in the south west of Ireland discovered over a coffee we three were those three people.....

It was the only time I ever used a lease....but it proved its value in the end. Full main dealer history by the book is no bad thing, On a few other motors it really paid off when problems arose such as a timing belt snapping unexpectedly at 90,000 miles and full engine rebuild FOC.
