Took the Innova out for a spin today. It’s just got regular road tyres on so I wanted to see how well it would do ‘off-road’. I did a 20 mile motorway blast, some lovely small roads and then most of the Fosseway.
The tyres struggled on the muddy stuff but the bikes lightweight kept it going.
Looking forward to testing it out further

Those Innova's are sold as Honda Alpha 125s in Asia, Honda tricks them up and has a race series with them.
Some of the higher level Cub prix bikes are really really trick.

I did a shed ton of research whilst sitting in a rice field when I had a shite load of down time on a building project out there a few years back.
Basically there are two "main" race series for domestic machines, it is very open with regards to tuning and some of the main teams do have factory assistance, whilst Malaysia has the official Cub Prix series most countries in the region such as Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines also run series and have riders in factory teams.
The main parts supplier is a company called "Racing boy" (Yes really). But finding out detailed information on each bike setup etc is like purging rocking horse shit out of a sex doll..
To build a very basic bike would consist of replacing wheels to accept Dunlop KR410 race tires (Or similar), Racing boy or similar triple clamp with clip on's, fitting adjustable rear sets and then go bonkers with twin Ohlins shocks, obviously mounting a custom Titanium exhaust is par for the course.
You can buy a plethora of ECU management options from places like "Motogaga" https://motogaga.com/ and I have been told by a reliable source whilst drunk in a workshop that a front running bike in the premier 130 series will set you back about 20kUSD.

The base bikes that were used in Cub Prix until 2017? ish were as follows. (Have not looked into current bikes)

all bikes as standard are 110cc, and in this guise are used for the entry level premier class, but they bore them out to 130cc for the all singing and dancing class. Below a near factory Honda Smash 130, 14000 RPM!!!!

I am kicking myself as I was in the Philippines last year for a month and was briefly in Manila, I was planning on visiting these guys http://www.faito.com.ph/ who make some absurd Cub Prix bikes but my plans just did not fall into place.
All those bikes listed retail in the region of about 1000 quid brand new, obviously a bit of leg work to convert to race spec but they are dirt cheap when converting Pounds,Eu,Dollars, the locals are a good bunch and very enthusiastic.
These two nutters are two top Filipino racers going full 90s Fastbike magazine stylee on the road,
20K prize pot is about 6 years salary out there..
Should be enough to keep you small bike perverts happy for now!!!!...
Another benefit of riding a small bike.
Yesterday I found myself at the wrong end of a one way Main Street which was about 1/2 mile long. No problem on a scooter, just nip up onto the pavement and ride the wrong way.
No-one cared at all
Oh no, they've already taken mine, and santa has delivered this early for Christmas
Currently with only 1 mile on the clock, need to do something about that.....
