Popped into my local KTM dealer for some oil ..................Some bikes had been delivered from Austria

Amongst them was this

Genuine 450cc Factory Rallye Bike
Absolutely stunning
Handbuilt
Factory Forks
Factory Shock
Carbon Fibre everything & everywhere
Nav Tower and controls
Everything was different to a stock bike
Under the seat, the high volume air filter was a work of art and the ecu was house in it's own carbon fibre box
Factory full Akra system



Dealer and his mechanic had never even seen one before

Not every dealer would even be able to be supplied with one

Delivered today and PDI done this afternoon, customer collecting in the morning

Cost a cool £28,825 OTR

It was awesome

They're delivered only to order, dealers don't get them otherwise - customer orders and waits.

At £29k each, no dealer would put one into stock on the shop floor

Redline KTM had one in their showroom last Saturday - they are sponsoring a rider in this years Dakar so there's a fair chance it will be up for sale afterwards! I can see the advert now: 1 careful owner never raced or rallied
