Indeed Dave, it will be a sad day when there are no more 'niche' bikes.

BTW...I've recalled a strange thing about VOR...I was in north Dorset on business about 10 or more years ago and I stopped at a village garage on the main road near Sturminster Newton, where they had a line-up of new VORs or Vertimattis on sale...I don't remember which. Both companies had by then gone bust.

Sadly, my onward journey took me another way, and I never went back. It would have been interesting to see what they were selling for. They had Supermotos and Enduros in stock.

I also recall my ex-wife seeing the Vertimattis at the Dirt Bike Show, and she thought they looked lovely.

I had a few rides on both.....rockets......revved really high for a four banger!!!!

Big enough money for an exotic thing.....they had a cassette gearbox and timing gears if I recall?
