Theres a debate going on at facebook about this and the price the 2014 was 24,000 euro + vat and rhere saying the 2019 is 45,000 + vat i no a few things have changed and theres new parts etc but is it really 20,000 euro extra of stuff or is it that there using the fact its a replica walkner bike so it means its got to be worth moreAlanHolt wrote: ↑Wed Sep 26, 2018 4:52 pm Why would you buy a Honda when you could buy one of these - https://blog.ktm.com/its-new-its-ready- ... ialnetwork

Re: Honda 450L
If I had that kind of money to spend, I think I'd be after a Husky 701 Enduro, and buy some aftermarket kit for it.
Suzuki DRZ400S
BMW R1150GS
Royal Enfield Interceptor 650

The Honda price is ludicrous if true
According to Dobles the quoted power is 18kW which is mid 20 bhp so looks like Europe has the strangled version

Re: Honda 450L
450L needs to be reasonably priced, long service intervals, comfy seat !!
not changing oil and adjusting valves like a race machine.
(701 looks good .. more power for same weight, robust, practical once change seat?)

£9649. You'd have to be mad
Id buy an immaculate 954 Fireblade for going mad, an immaculate XR650L for the trails and a VFR800 for touring and still have 600 quid left for beer
Oh hold on, I already have
All as reliable as an anvil and its a joy to own a small fleet

Good post. Especially the 954 - one of my favourite Blades.
Mind you, even anvils aren't what they used to be.....
