Abandoned Honda Africa Twin

Greetings,

A member of the APTR found an abandoned motorcycle in the Belper area of Derbyshire. She has reported it to the Derbyshire Police but would like to share the picture incase anybody can identify the probable owner. Presumably the Police should be able to contact the owner from ANPR. Please feel free to share.
