Re: Well chuffed
Nice one Phil I was looking for one of those a few years back but weren't any about at a decent price. I ended up with my 07 Beta which uses exact same rfs engine.
As others have said, engine is a peach, very linear, plenty enough power everywhere for us old blokes
Mine runs 13 50 sprockets, seems fine to me. Stuck a 14 front on when I brought down here to Spain last time as more open trails here and got 20-21 km a litre. Get around 17-18 km/ l back in french lanes but I don't tend to rev it out as it's so torquey.
As Bob says, easy enough to start on kicker even for a shorty like me though had no battery probs with mine ... button even easier..
Enjoy !! Look forward to catching up in springtime.

Speaking of soft KTM rims...
Interestingly the tube was still up

Re: Well chuffed
Bit like that bloke who was run over by a steam train. He was well chuffed too.
Glad it's a good'un Phil. Great value. Little does it know what a tough life it's going to have from now on. Run up and down impossible hills and flung at the scenery every outing...
When I tell Peter the Beta that he's off to Phil's next time out, you can see him flinch.
