Same front wheel from 03 till about 12? Same with the back I think. Usually best to check though.
03 on EXC had the bigger front spindle.
I think Husaburgs had the same wheels after KTM bought them too.

It's also always worth check prices with KTM dealers first before buying parts as they are quite often cheaper than the aftermarket parts.
If the bottom end starts to sound noisy take the main clutch cover off and check the primary drive nut, it's aluminium and eventually cones lose. If it is lose get a new nut and key as they keep coming lose once they're worn.
Don't bother with feeler gauges for setting the tappets, look up the 1/6 turn method, much quicker and easier.
Keep an eye on the amount of adjuster left on the inlets, the inlet valves are shite and wear, as you back out the adjuster you eventually run out of thread, ideally you want to have fitted new better quality valves by then and you'll never have a problem after that. The exhaust valves don't seem to wear as fast, seats probably will be fine.

Confidence growing i looked for something a tad harder

Spied yet another new trail ,probably because of the steady speed so took it
