Found what I was looking for . 2009 XT660 r with loads of goodies pre bolted on.
Looks spanky in Red. 8200 miles full history . My reason for this bike, its good on the road, holds 85 easily , suspension.. when I tested it , it did not bottom out at all and gives a good off road ride, not wallowy or overly soft, Acceleration is more than I need, will wheelie easily if needed
and basically totally mint and all for less than a second hand trials bike!!
Planning a trip Portugal again and do the tracks n trails as it will be perfect!!
Which bike?

It popped up on flea bay at a dealer 50 miles away so i headed out immediately without calling . )
Re: Which bike?
It has been great and I have about 8k on it now. Not missed a beat. I will probably keep it this year and then go back to KTM for 2019 as I do miss the grunt of a V twin!Helicoptermanr22 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 31, 2018 7:19 pm That Gs was such a lucky find as is this one. served me really well and so glad you getting on well with it.i do miss it ALOT. Hiya
The GS8 is very smooth indeed, a good all rounder. the XT slightly different but being a single is a bit like riding a single enduro with similar characteristics. Loving it so for !!
