I'm sure that HP2 Enduro helps you get over the KTM for any offroad antics

Your site is great Tim... looks a nice riding area down there for bigger bikes (thumbs)
Re: KTM 1090 Adventure R Thread
Garmin Zumo
Bought it with the bike and dealer fitted. It's been playing up since day 1. Blogs suggest poor battery life but think my issue is a dodgy cable from the battery into the back of the unit. Once off it won't always switch back on again unless I unclip the battery cable and put it back. Dealer has the unit now, waiting to see what supplier says but think it's probably a unit swap.

What bracket are you using? Mine's on a ktm bracket and seems quite steady.
Re: KTM 1090 Adventure R Thread
I had a 1090R as a courtesy bike whilst work was being done on my 2013 990 adventure, did about 400 motorway miles (work trips).
Other than it being a bit tall for me (although the lightness helps) I loved it, nice smooth throttle response compared to the knife edge response of the 990 and so much more tractable at low revs, less chain slap and clatter than the 990. Loads of useable power too, more than happy on the motorway even on the standard knobbly rubber and cap it off even the standard pipe makes a great noise.
I seriously considered getting one and if KTM did a 4 year PCP then I would probably have gone for it, instead I went GSA which given my motorway miles was probably the most sensible option for me.
