I have a Gen 1 and love it..
But this looks nice if they don't strangle it.

My hopes may be dashed, this is probably the new 650,in the diagram showing the front of the bike you can see a twin cyclinder motor, fingers crossed it's an all new 1000cc twin motor.

Yes i know,it stopped working after i contacted them and asked why the diagram appeared to show an engine which looked like the 650 parallel twin motor,i think they may have dropped a clanger and pulled the article,if it is the 650 though it looks the part

How hard can it be? Change the numbers 1000 to 650?
Or was it for the purpose of drumming little more than 'white noise'?

Interesting, whether it's the 650 or the 1000. Kawasaki have been a little behind the game in not offering a larger adventure tourer capable of genuine off road ability.
Here's hoping, a 650 with similar power or slightly more power output, tablet-like screen, genuine off road ability and a 25L tank to boot!

By the looks of this they are maybe releasing an XT style version of the 650 with the spoked wheels etc,i read somewhere that rumors were circulating that kwak were going to be replacing the 650 with a 900 version using the new Z900 motor, time will tell.
