I just notice this for sale on DoneDeal,I know they don't come up for sale that often!

That's about £9k in sterling. Is that a good or bad price? :S

Given that a CB500-X can be had for £5,000 brand new. the cost of upgrades (all of which are bolt-on) can be had for £2,220..... I'd say paying £1,780 for fitting is a bit rich!

Nice looking piece of kit through!!

I don't think l would like to pay so much for one that's the trouble though the cost of the basic bike then the adventure kit fitted on top of that makes it an expensive bike, one you'd never get anyway near your money back on so you would have to be sure you was keeping it or take a hit in the pocket??
I'd still like one though :)

that's about the price of triumph tiger 800, right? I'd rather get Triumph then.

I think that a full fat RR CB500x, with bars, luggage racks etc etc is around £3.3k, add in £400 for fitting and you are getting a bit closer. its not that cheap, I agree

Love it that the rear shock reservoir is attached to the footrest hanger with jubilee clips, classy.

Ha Ha just had a look the jubilee clips, think for a 9 grand bike I would have left that picture out.

Also remember if you bought and did the conversion yourself you'd have all the new original bits to sell.
