MotorX had exhaust parts in stock.

Had some 22 X 34mm washers made up so I could sandwich them between the rack and rear bodywork to stop it flapping about hopefully with no rear mounting bracket

Also while the swing arm was off I've filed out the top hole of the chain guide and fitted a new UFO rubber to try a 38 tooth rear, it's surprising how much smaller it is and I thinkI'll have to take the chain guide off all together

Turns out the warning light was coming on because of the clean air system plug being bridged not the lambda delete.
I'm guessing it will need a wee resistor across it rather than just a wire bridging it, will put a meter over the clean air device and see what resistance its putting out.

Would plugging the solenoid on its own with nothing else plumbed in work?

Saw this thread and noticed that they talk about other bikes stalling as they come off the gas, worth a wee read, could be the same problem as the WK.

That's what I've done for the moment.

That was really interesting, have you any experience of using resistors to to fool the air temp?

No but that's all the lambda delete plug is, a resistor bridging the pins.
I'm guess in the lambda case it's giving it the resistance mentioned in the booster plug article to make it think its 20° below, and to be fair in the UK we are highly unlikely to be riding in the high temps he said would throw everything out of whack and if its cold it just goes back to roughly what we'd normally have.

That's brilliant, also good to know I can leave the delete in place

If you're careful you can undo the bolt either side and the one the seat locks into and swivel it to the side like this. Image
