Re: WK400 owners thread.
Hmm still cant get rid of the vibration at the front even with new steering bearings, wheel bearing ,balanced wheel and new fork oil
Re: WK400 owners thread.
Hi Andi what tyres are now on the front ?
could be :-
Rim stops, not sure it was vibration as such but much better without especially the front
Tyre cupping, the stock Kenda's suddenly go off the boil and cup, mine did it on a long ride very odd, lots of vibes when it happened
Rim out of true/tyre not seated

Re: WK400 owners thread.
Yea I fitted new bearings to steering and wheel, removed the rim clamp and balanced it, tyres are good and I also tried another front wheel still getting issues I guess I will need to look into it further.

Re: WK400 owners thread.
Hi everyone.
Bought my WK400 from a mate just over a year ago and really enjoy how light and manoeuvrable it is compared with my 1200GSAdv.
Got a major problem though, one of my rear wheel bearings collapsed and took a huge chunk out of the hub so I'm on the hunt for a new rear wheel.
You'll probably not be surprised to hear that Quadzilla can't (can't be bothered to) source one.
I've been in contact with a Mash dealer and he's gonna see what he can do for me.
Any advice on where else I could try would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Alan

Re: WK400 owners thread.
Bit of a long shot but there is a guy in Doncaster on e-bay (search motorcycle parts WK400) who has some major parts off a WK400, i.e. engine, forks etc, assuming he or someone is breaking the bike may be worth asking if he knows where the wheels are ?Scotriders wrote: ↑Fri Sep 20, 2019 8:36 pm Hi everyone.
