For those with a WK400 also know the headlights are a bit of a weak point being 2x35w. I put some LED replacements in a while back, mentioned earlier in this thread but they never gave any beam as such due to sending all the light forward and not back to the reflectors as bulbs should. I had another look on the interweb and took a gamble on these, they send almost all the light to the reflectors and work really well in my view.....

Im hoping the photos speak for themselves, first one is high beam, second is low beam third showing them in the bike............ such an improvement, with an actual visible beam with a white light ..............not always easy to show via a photo and on a forum, i was so excited to put them in i forgot to do a before and after...........

Looks good, interestingly if I have my conversion rate correct its about the same as what I paid new but without the panniers so good value. Interesting spot lights added on that one I guess back to my point about the headlights. Mash, WK and Geon all the same bike from Shineray called the xy400gy !
Re: WK400 owners thread.
very quiet on the WK front, mine is still going strong with 6790 miles to date, having given it its 5th oil change today. Doing less miles now I have the CF650 MT but still gives me a grin when riding
The WK also received a new rear tyre a few weeks back, went with a K60, amazing grip and stability over the Kenda

Re: WK400 owners thread.
just brushing the dust of this thread,...…………………………….. my WK is still going strong, it will soon be due for a chain and sprocket set, before I go down the OEM route have any WK400 owners used a different make of front and rear sprockets, I've been looking at JT which the front looks like JTF1322 15T but not sure of their rear. If any one has used the JT version of the rear sprocket part number would be most appreciated
Re: WK400 owners thread.
HI Tink, from my experience the bike is pretty strong out of the box and apart from the normal checks you would do when buying second hand like condition, service history, does it start on the button, any smoke from the exhaust and so on.............. I would say expect to fettle a few things this thread identifies however most need you to own the bike as they are not all obvious without some dismantling. Good hunting, be good to here what you decide !
