You cannot just do that

That chain is far,far too tight and you ain't even sat on it

You need at least 50-60mm of slack on the bottom run of the chain, to take account of 10" of suspension travel

Take the bike to someone who knows what they are doing

`someone who knows what they are doing` is a mechanic ...that'll be £45+ per hour, to be told .. sorry but you need a new tyre (at the correct 80% profile), a new inner tube to match, a new chain (the old one is worn, and the new one will now be too long), a new rear sprocket (too many teeth at mo), an oem front sprocket (or the output shaft will wear and explode) .. and .. er … that'll be £240 , thank you for you business (grin )

Not necessarily
Somebody from here who is local to you and could show you for next time
If it's taking you an hour or more just to refit the rear wheel (a 5 minute job at most) then you need a bit of help and instruction perhaps
Why are you fitting a bigger profile tyre anyhow ??
Seriously I would only fit a genuine oem front sprocket on a Honda - I have had Honda singles for 30 years and would dream of not - seen too much front shaft damage
Oem front sprockets are about £30 and double the price of aftermarket so people cut corners and fit cheap ones
Also I would use a new serrated washer clip too every time I changed the front sprocket
Bikes cost money to run properly- so don't scrimp
You don't want a tyre taking lumps out of the mudguard or worse the Swingarm

Oh and loosen that chain today - before you damage the output shaft seals and bearings and damage the engine from potential oil loss

"A bit"
I would read the manual, and set the chain to within the guideline stated by that. And if it means buying a new chain or whatever then so be it. A lot cheaper in long run.
