Its got engine bars and rad/cooler covers now and sometimes a wooly seat depending on how far im going. I would like some ally panniers as the suzuki panniers arent great, i will probably make some to keep cost down.

Warthog you got it, it's an early 800 and you're right about push starting it it can be done but it's a bit fiddly using decompresser lever rather than clutch lever, but you can forget it in the wet LOL.

Yep: I met a bloke with a DR BIG one evening when I was on a placement in France during my studies.

He'd broken the clutch cable and when I offered to push start him (with the exuberant enthusiasm and biking näivity of youth...) he laughed and then point out we'd be there all night and I'd just end up knackered and that pushing it home would be easier.

I took his word for it!!
