I spoke to RR and they said the tanks would not fit, but has anyone tried to adapt the fittings

Welcome to the fold, the 17 engine is far better than the 16 model, the lack of vibes is incredible. Pop over to ADV there is a massive thread in the thumpers catagory, like you say it doesn't thump it revs, enjoy.

Just realised I think I was talking to you yesterday at the NEC

By the cloakroom you said you had the first 2017 701 to land over here

Went to look at one yesterday and like them. I asked the salesman if the wheels were interchangeable and he said yes but wasn't sure which way round You can do it. He said you can change one but not the other.
Anybody know which one you have to buy to be able to change to the other?
Also is it a big job ie is it just a wheel change?
Cheers

Its easier to put SM wheels into a enduro than the other way round, the SM suspension is much to hard for off road plus it has radial brakes. If you get an Enduro you can use older KTM sm wheels.

Good info on this thread.

Is the first service at 1 hour or 600 miles and then are further services at 6000 miles?

I just put a deposit on one of these yesterday so looking for info and in particular a comfier seat.

TIA.
